Mike Diamond Plumbing is looking for a few talented people to become Mike’s Smell Good Plumbers. We are hiring Trainees with no experience. This is a rare opportunity to apply to work for Los Angeles and Orange County’s premier plumbing company. You will get paid to learn a trade and begin a journey on a successful career as a Smell Good Plumber at Mike Diamond Plumbing. This is the first time in many years we have offered this special opportunity.

The Training Program: No Experience Needed
Work with an experienced plumber in the real world. You will spend time with someone who is successful and has already gone through the steps you’re going through. Trainees may be assigned to one mentor to work with while others may be rotating among a support group of experienced plumbers.
The Pay:
We will pay you while you work and learn. This position includes a 40-hour work week, Monday thru Friday. Overtime available every other Saturday. Weekday overtime is also available. If you are successful, you will be assigned a company truck, full compensation, and plenty of opportunities to grow.
